Step 1

Load the machine with weights according to your preference.

Step 2

Hold the end of the implement using a zurcher hold. Place the bar in the crook of your elbows, cradling it on your torso and hold onto your wrist. Keep the weight off your forearms.

Step 3

Lift the weight off the ground. Keep your posture upright and tight.

Step 4

Start walking forward by taking short and fast steps. Look up and away as you do this. Breathe normally. Continue to walk in circles until you’ve completed your repetitions.
