Attach a dual handle to a sled that’s connected by a rope or chain.
Place an appropriate weight on the sled.
Hold a handle on each hand and stand in front of the sled.
Extend your arms forward with your hands in level with your waist.
Slightly bend your knees and chest up. This is your starting position.
Pull up the handles diagonally to your sides. Keep your arms and elbows straight. Continue until your arms are fully extended. Your palms should be facing forward as you do this movement.
Once the handles are at the top, pause for a moment then slowly lower the handles until you’re back to your starting position.
