On the ab machine, sit down and place your feet under the pads provided, and grab the top handles.
Begin with your arms bent 90 degrees, and rest your triceps on the pad.
Lift your legs as you crunch your upper torso, and exhale as you perform this step. Tip: Make sure to use a slow and controlled motion. While relaxing your legs and feet, focus on using your abs to move the weight.
After a second pause, inhale and slowly return to the initial position.
Repeat until the recommended number of repetitions is achieved.
