Main Muscle Worked: Abductors
Lie on your back with your feet raised towards the ceiling.
Abduct your legs as far as you can while your partner is holding your feet or ankles to stabilize it. This will be your starting position.
Try to squeeze your legs together for about 10 or more seconds, while your partner suppresses your movement.
Relax your leg muscles and have your partner move your feet away from each other. Continue for as far as is tolerable for you. Don’t overstretch as this may result to injury.
