Begin with one arm pressing a kettlebell overhead.
With the kettlebell locked out at all times, thrust your butt out to the kettlebell direction.
Keep the free arm behind your back and turn your feet out 45 degrees from the arm holding the kettebell.
Set yourself as low as you can and pause for a second, and then do a reverse motion back to the initial position.
