Main Muscle Worked: Quadriceps
Get on your hands and knees to support your weight.
Lift one leg off the floor and hold your foot with your hand.
While holding your foot or ankle, stretch your quadriceps and hips. Keep your knee bent at maximum as you do this. Don’t go beyond your limit to avoid any injury.
Extend your hips as you stretch your quadriceps and hips. Hold this stretch for 10-20 seconds.
Release then switch sides and repeat.
