Alternating Deltoid Raise - Exercise Guide

Step 1

In a standing position, hold a dumbbell on each hand. This will be your starting position.

Step 2

Raise your arms forward until they’re at shoulder level. Keep your arms as straight as possible.

Step 3

Slowly lower down your arms back to the starting position.

Step 4

Raise your arms on both sides until they’re at shoulder level. Keep your arms as straight as possible.

Step 5

Slowly lower down your arms back to the starting position.

Step 6

Repeat steps 1 to 5 until you’ve completed the set.
