Ankle Circles - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Hold on to a sturdy object or a squat rack.

Step 2

Raise your right leg until it is 2 inches above the floor. This is your starting position.

Step 3

Make circles with your big toe. Breathe normally as you do this.

Step 4

Repeat for a couple of repetitions, switch legs then repeat the steps.
