Ankle On The Knee - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Lie on the floor with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor.

Step 2

Move the ankle of one of your foot over the knee of the opposite foot.

Step 3

Grasp your thigh or knee of the bottom leg.

Step 4

Pull your thigh towards your chest. Keep your neck and shoulders relaxed.

Step 5

Hold your position for 10-20 seconds then switch sides.
