Main Muscle Worked: Shoulders
Hold one dumbbell in each hand in a standing position, with your elbows by your side. Raise the weights towards your shoulders, with your palms facing you.
Lift the dumbbells gradually until your arms are in a straight position above your head. Rotate your hands as you lift the dumbbells, with your palms facing forward once the dumbbells are overhead.
Pause for a few seconds then lower the dumbbells slowly while rotating your hands back to the starting position.
