Main Muscle Worked: Quadriceps
Attach dual handles to a sled. Connect the handles to the sled with a rope or chain.
Load the sled with weights according to your preference.
Face the sled and hold a handle in each hand. Step until there’s tension on the chain or rope. Your arms must be extended forward.
Stand up straight with knees slightly bent. Keep your head and chest up as you do this. This is your starting position.
Pull the sled by stepping backwards as fast as you can. Continue until you’ve covered a certain amount of distance.
