Main Muscle Worked: Abductors
Place a band around a solid post or object.
Stand with your left side to the post, and place your right foot through the band, getting it around your ankle.
Keep your back straight and hold onto the post to stabilize your position. This will be your starting position.
Raise your leg inside the band to your side. Continue for as far as you can while keeping your knees straight.
Pause for a moment then lower your leg until you’re back to your starting position.
Complete your repetitions then switch sides and do the same with your other leg.
