Main Muscle Worked: Shoulders
Take a band and hold it with your hands on both ends.
Extend your arms straight out in front of you.
Begin by performing a reverse fly motion, moving your hands out to your sides.
Bring the band to your chest while keeping your elbows extended. Make sure that you keep your shoulders back throughout the movement.
Pause for a moment as you complete the movement, returning to your starting position under control.
