Main Muscle Worked: Triceps
Anchor a band to the base of a rack or a bench.
Lie on your back on the bench. Ensure that the band is aligned with your head.
Take hold of the band with both hands.
Raise and bend your elbows until your upper arms are perpendicular to the floor. Ensure that the band is above your head. This is your starting position.
Further stretch the band by extending your elbows to straighten your arms. Keep your upper arms in place as you do this. Continue until your arms are fully extended.
Pause for a moment then slowly bend your elbows until you’re back to your starting position.
