Barbell Rollout from Bench - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Place a barbell on the floor, close to the edge of a bench. Start by kneeling on the bench while gripping the barbell.

Step 2

Extend through your hips and slowly roll the barbell as far forward as possible while flexing your shoulders to roll the bar over your head. Make sure to keep your arms extended throughout the movement.

Step 3

Go back to the initial position.
