Main Muscle Worked: Calves
Place a block in front of a flat bench. The block should be around a foot away from the bench.
Sit on the bench and position the ball of your feet on the block.
Have your partner place a barbell over your upper thighs about 3 inches above your knees. This is your starting position.
Raise up on your toes for as high as you can while squeezing the calves and as you exhale.
After a second contraction, return to your staring position slowly.
Repeat until the recommended amount of repetitions is reached.
