Step 1

Hold a barbell at arm’s length with an overhand grip while standing straight.

Step 2

Raise your shoulders as high as you can as if you’re making them touch your ears.

Step 3

Hold this position for a moment, then release and slowly lower your shoulders and bar back to the starting position.
