Main Muscle Worked: Quadriceps
Attach a harness or a loose weight belt to a sled using a chain. Load the sled with weights according to your preference.
Wear the harness or belt and stand up straight. Look away from the sled.
Bend down until your hands are on the ground. Support your weight with your hands and toes. Keep your back straight and knees bent. This is your starting position.
Drag the sled forward by moving your legs in an alternate manner. Only use your hands to maintain your balance and help you pull the sled. Continue to move forward until you’ve covered a certain amount of distance.
