Main Muscle Worked: Quadriceps
Place a flat bench or box on the floor in front of you.
Stand up straight with your right foot on top of the bench or box and the other to the floor. The heel of your top foot must be close to the edge.
Raise your body up by pushing your right front foot on top of the bench as you extend your hip and knee.
Immediately follow it through with your left foot, landing it on top of the bench or box.
Once your left foot has landed, immediately return your right foot to the ground.
Continue alternating your feet until you’ve completed your repetitions.
