Main Muscle Worked: Lats
Lie flat on your back on a bench.
Start by grabbing a barbell shoulder width apart over your chest. Hold it while your arms are bent. This will be your starting position.
Slowly lower the barbell by forming an arc at the back of your head until you feel a stretch on your chest. Breathe in as you do this movement.
Bring the barbell back to your starting position using the arc through which the weight was lowered. Breathe out as you do this.
Hold your position for a second then repeat the motion until the recommended amount of repetitions is achieved.
