Bent-Forward Cable Crossovers - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Hold a handle of the floor-level pulleys in each hand.

Step 2

Bend forward and bring your arms out to your sides.

Step 3

Pull the cables forward, bringing both hands to chest height. You can do this with your elbows slightly bent.

Step 4

Once your hands are almost at the center, continue and let one hand cross over the other. Hold this contraction for a moment.

Step 5

Release and let your arms be pulled back to your starting position. Alternate which hand crosses the other in the succeeding repetitions.
