Sit on a stationary bike and adjust the seat according to your height. The ideal adjustment is when you can fully extend your legs when the pedals are at the lowest.

Step 2

Set your preference on the bike’s menu. In some cases, you may need to start pedaling to turn the bike on.

Step 3

Start pedaling according to your settings on the bike.

Step 4

Continue for as long as you can.
