Bicycling - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Prepare a bicycle and adjust the seat according to your height. The ideal adjustment is when you can fully extend your legs when the pedals are at the lowest.

Step 2

Wear protective gears then sit on the bike.

Step 3

Place one foot on the pedal and the other on the ground.

Step 4

Accelerate forward by hitting the pedals. Continue until the bike moves forward and you gain your balance.

Step 5

Continue until you’ve covered a certain distance or for as far you can.
