Main Muscle Worked: Chest
Place two EZ curl bars on the floor next to each other. Load them with equal weights and make sure that they’re not too heavy to avoid rolling.
Do a push-up position over the EZ curl bars. Keep your body straight and support your weight with your toes and hands with your arms extended.
Hold the handles of the EZ curl bars with one in each hand. This is your starting position.
Slowly move your hands to your sides away from each other. Do this by keeping your grip on the EZ curl bars and letting them roll apart. Continue for as far as you can. The farther you move, the more difficult it will be. Inhale as you do this.
Pull the EZ curl bars together until you’re back to your starting position. Exhale as you do this.
