Bosu Ball Crunch - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Position the small of your back pressed against the Bosu Ball with your knees bent, your feet secured on the floor, and your arms folded across your chest. This will be your initial position.

Step 2

Execute the movement by flexing the lumbar spine lifting your torso without flexing your hips.

Step 3

At the peak of the action, pause then return to the initial position.
