Main Muscle Worked: Chest
Sit on the Butterfly machine with your back flat on the pad.
Hold the handles in each hand. Your upper arms should be parallel to the floor. Adjust your grip and sit according to your preference. This is your starting position.
Slowly push the handles as you squeeze your chest muscles in the middle. Exhale as you do this movement.
Pause for a moment to feel the contraction of your chest muscles. After that, slowly return back to your starting position or until your chest muscles are fully stretched. Inhale as you do this.
Repeat until the recommended amount of repetitions is achieved.
