in Chest Exercise
Main Muscle Worked: Chest
Stand in between two overhead pulleys and adjust their weights according to your preference.
Hold a handle in each hand and stand in the middle of the pulleys.
Pull your arms together in front of you with your elbows slightly bent. Lean your torso a little forward. This is your starting position.
Extend your arms to your sides in an arc motion. Continue until your arms are parallel to the floor and you feel your chest muscles stretch. Make sure that your arms and torso remains stationary, and that the movement should only occur at the shoulder joint. Inhale as you do this movement.
Pause for a moment then slowly pull the handles in an arc motion until you’re back to your starting position. Exhale as you do this.
Hold your position for a second before proceeding with your next repetition.
