Adjust a cable pulley machine to the lowest level. Adjust the weight according to your preference.
Stand up straight with your feet shoulder width away from each other between the uprights.
Squat down by bending your hips and knees at the same time. Let your arms hang by your sides. Continue until you reach and hold a handle in each hand. This is your starting position.
Extend your hips and knees at the same time while keeping your arms hanging by your sides and holding the handles. Keep your back straight, head and chest up as you do this. Continue until you’re in a standing position.
After that, pause for a moment then squat down until you’re back to your starting position.
