Main Muscle Worked: Abs
Attach a rope to a station, and move cable down to the lowest pulley position. Stand next to the cable with a wide stance and grab the rope with your hands.
Bend away from the pulley while making a judo flip as you position the rope above your shoulder.
Shift your weight between your feet as you twist and crunch forward, pulling the cable downward.
Go back to the initial position and redo Steps 1 to 3 until failure.
Change position and repeat the same series of movements on the opposite side.
