Main Muscle Worked: Shoulders
Begin by adjusting the weight and height of the overhead pulleys according to your preference.
Grab the handle of the left pulley with your right hand and vice versa. Your arms should be crossed in front of you. This is your starting position.
Move your arms simultaneously towards your back. Keep your arms straight as you do this.
Once your arms are fully extended on both sides, hold it for a moment.
Release and slowly get back to your starting position.
