in Triceps Exercise
Main Muscle Worked: Triceps
Set a cable pulley machine to the lowest level. Change the handle to a rope attachment.
Hold the rope with both hands using a neutral grip then extend your arms overhead. Keep your elbows close to your head. Continue until your arms are perpendicular to the floor. Your knuckles should be facing the ceiling at the top of the movement and your palms must be facing each other. This is your starting position.
Slowly lower the rope behind your head as you breathe in. Keep your upper arms stationary as you do this. Continue until your triceps are fully stretched.
Pause for a moment then slowly extend your arms until you’re back to your starting position. Breathe out as you do this.
Repeat until the recommended amount of repetitions is achieved.
