On a twin cable tower, attach a rope accessory to one cable, and an ankle attachment to the other. Set both attachments to the lowest pulley position.
Sit down on a mat placed in between the cables, and attach the ankle strap to your feet.
Recline and grab the rope with your hands as you position it behind your head placing your hands by your ears.
Ensure that you are positioned in the middle with your legs totally stretched out.
Pull the rope forward in a crunching movement and move your knees inward to your torso.
