Main Muscle Worked: Traps
Stand upright with hands by your side facing a calf machine. Adjust the shoulder pads so that they rest on top of your shoulders. This is your starting position.
Lift your shoulders toward your head as you breathe out. Hold the contraction at the top position, then slowly lower your shoulders back to starting position as you inhale.
Do enough reps to complete a set.
