in Calves Exercise
Main Muscle Worked: Calves
Hold on to a sturdy object for balance and place a dumbbell in front of you. It’s recommended to use a dumbbell with round plates.
Stand on the dumbbell handle with one leg. If you used the one with round plates, it will roll so you have to work harder to keep your balance. The harder it is to keep your balance, the better the results would be.
Roll your foot slightly forward in order to stretch your calf. This will be your starting position.
Lift the calf as you roll your foot over the top the handle and breathe out. Contract the calf hard at the top and pause for a second.
Breathe in as you roll the dumbbell slightly forward.
Complete your repetitions then switch legs and repeat the steps.
