Main Muscle Worked: Quadriceps
Prepare a deadlift apparatus and load it with a very large tire, kegs or a vehicle.
Stand up straight between the handles. Your feet should be hip width away from each other.
Squat down by bending your hips and knees at the same time. Continue until your hands are holding the handles. Take a big breath as you descend and bend your knees. This is your starting position.
Pull the handles up by extending your hips and knees at the same time. Keep your head and chest up and back straight as you do this. As you go up, pull your shoulder blades together. Continue until you’re in a standing position.
Pause for a moment then slowly go back to your starting position by bending your hips and knees at the same time.
