Carioca Quick Step - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Stand up with your feet shoulder-width apart. Raise one of your arms in an athletic position.

Step 2

With your right foot, step behind and raise your knee up.

Step 3

Fire your arms back up as you pull your right knee. Make sure that your knee goes straight up and down, and that you avoid turning your feet while performing this movement.
