1. Stand in front of your partner or a wall.
2. Hold a ball with both hands behind your head, stretching as much as possible.
3. Throw the ball to your partner or to the wall as hard as you can.
4. Be ready to receive the ball when it bounces back to you. Tip: Throw the ball higher when you’re against the wall.
