Chair Upper Body Stretch - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Sit on the edge of a chair.

Step 2

Bend a little bit forward and grip the back of the chair.

Step 3

Bend your upper body forward while keeping your back straight. Straighten your arms as you do this while keeping your grip at the back of the chair.

Step 4

Pull your upper body forward to fully stretch your shoulders. Hold this position for around 20-30 seconds.
