Chest And Front Of Shoulder Stretch - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Hold a bodybar, broomstick, or pole with both hands. Take a slightly wider than shoulder-width grip on the pole.

Step 2

Stand up straight and hold the bodybar, broomstick, or pole in front of you with your palms facing down.

Step 3

Slowly lift the pole behind your head as high as you can. Keep your arms straight as you do this.
