Chest Push from 3 point stance - Exercise Guide

Step 1

This exercise requires a medicine ball.
Place a medicine ball on the floor.

Step 2

Do a three point stance in front of the ball. To do this, squat down and have one hand touch the floor while the other one can be either touching your waist or rested on your thigh. Keep your back straight. This is your starting position.

Step 3

Take one step forward. At the same time, grab the ball and hold it tight in front of your chest. Prepare to throw the ball in a passing manner.

Step 4

Take your second step. At the same time, throw the ball in a passing manner as powerful as you can.

Step 5

Get the ball and go back to your starting position.
