Main Muscle Worked: Chest
You’ll need a medicine ball for this exercise.
Do an athletic stance with your back straight, knees slightly bent, and hips pointing back.
Hold the medicine ball with both hands and let it hang near your legs. This is your starting position.
Take your first step. At the same time, draw the medicine ball in front of your chest. Prepare to throw the ball.
Take your second step. At the same time, throw the ball forward using both hands as powerful as you can.
Immediately follow it through by sprinting for 10 yards after throwing the ball. Try to catch your own pass as much as possible.
