Main Muscle Worked: Neck
Sit upright on the floor with your legs on your front.
Place your hands behind your head and interlace your fingers. Your thumbs must be pointing down and elbows pointing straight forward. This is your starting position.
Slowly pull your head down to your chest until you feel a stretch on your nape. Don’t go beyond your limit to avoid any injury or overstretching. Hold it for 20-30 seconds.
Release and slowly raise your head to get back to your starting position.
