Main Muscle Worked: Lats
Stand underneath a pull-up bar. Extend and reach for the bar with your palms facing you.
Your hands must be shoulder width apart and keep your body straight.
Pull yourself up until your head is at the bar and keep your elbows close to your body. Exhale while you do this. When executing this movement, ensure that you’re only using your biceps and allow your body to just hang in space. Hold the position for a second.
Straighten your elbows and gradually lower yourself back to the ground while you inhale.
Repeat until the recommended amount of repetitions is achieved.
