Decline Dumbbell Presses - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Lie back on a decline bench with a dumbbell in each hand.

Step 2

Lift the dumbbells up until they’re at shoulder level with your palms facing forward.

Step 3

Lift them up at the same time until your arms are fully stretched then pause for a moment.

Step 4

Slowly lower them down until you’re back to your starting position.
