Main Muscle Worked: Quadriceps
Do an athletic position with your knees bent and chest up. Your arms should be in front of you.
Slide laterally by stepping sideways with your right foot and immediately follow it with your left foot.
Once your left foot meets your right, step sideways again on the same direction. Continue for 2-3 times.
After that, start stepping sideways towards the opposite direction.
