Main Muscle Worked: Quadriceps
Position two platforms on the floor, one 12-16 inches high and the other 22-26 inches high. The platforms should be parallel with each other and 2-3 feet apart.
Stand on the lower box with your arms extended on your sides and feet slightly off the edge. Your feet should be close together.
Drop off the box you’re standing on to land on the floor with both your feet. Your feet must land at the same time. Let your legs absorb the impact.
Quickly rebound by jumping to the higher box. Fully extend your arms and body and use the force to jump onto the higher box. Again, let your legs absorb the impact.
