Main Muscle Worked: Triceps
Hold your body by extending and locking your arms above the dipping bars.
Slowly lower your body downward as you inhale by bending your elbows. Keep your elbows close to your body as you do this. Continue for as far as you can or until your elbows are at 90 degrees.
Slowly lift your body up by extending your elbows as you exhale. Continue until you’re back to your starting position.
Repeat until the recommended amount of repetitions is achieved.
