Double Kettlebell Push Press - Exercise Guide

Step 1

Take hold of kettlebells on each hand.

Step 2

Clean them up all the way to your shoulders.

Step 3

Bend your knees to do a squatting position. This is your starting position.

Step 4

Pause for a moment and immediately extend your knees to move your body upward. Use the acceleration from this movement to lift the kettlebells overhead.

Step 5

Once your arms are fully extended overhead, lock them.

Step 6

Pause for a moment and lower the kettlebells until you’re back to the starting position.
