Stand up straight with your knees slightly bent.
Squat a short distance, bending your hips and knees at the same time then quickly reverse your movement to jump vertically. Jump for as high as you can.
Once you’re airborne, quickly bend your knees. Do this as if you’re trying to have your heels touch your buttocks.
Land on the floor with your knees bent slightly. Use your legs to absorb the impact.
