Main Muscle Worked: Biceps
Stand up straight with a dumbbell in each hand. Make sure to keep your elbows close to your torso. Turn the palms of your hands until they are facing forward. This will be your initial position.
Curl the dumbbells up until it’s at shoulder level. Keep your upper arms stationary as you do this. Make sure that only your forearms should move. Continue to curl until your biceps are fully contracted.
Pause for a moment then slowly lower down the dumbbells as you breathe in until you’re back to your starting position.
Repeat until the recommended amount of repetitions is achieved.
